Robert Malsch and Jerome Tharpe: Redmond vehicular homicide suspect flees court; could be on run with wanted felon

FUGITIVES UPDATE March 11, 2016 —
Have you seen Jerome Tharpe, a.k.a ‘Jerry Thorpe,’ in Lynnwood or Everett?

Redmond Police and the U.S. Marshals are looking for him because he was seen with WMW fugitive, Robert Malsch, in the Lynnwood area on March 1st.

Tharpe is a convicted felon for Felony Eluding and Possession with Intent to Distribute Narcotics.

He currently has two misdemeanor warrants out for his arrest: One out of Tukwila Police for Failure to Comply and Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, the second is out of Mountlake Terrace for being in a Park After Hours.

Malsch is wanted for Vehicular Homicide after he slammed his car into the back of a man’s vehicle at 100 mph on 520.

If you know where either of these fugitives is hiding, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN REDMOND March 2, 2016 --
Redmond Police need your help finding Robert Malsch, who was supposed to start trial on Monday for vehicular homicide from a 2015 case. He showed up briefly and then fled after hearing that the prosecution was requesting he be remanded back into custody because of a recent shoplifting arrest in Lynnwood.

All of his alleged victim's family flew in for the trial from the East Coast and are now stuck waiting because he took off running. The Redmond Police Pro-Act Unit and the U.S. Marshals Pacific NW Fugitive Apprehension Task Force are searching for him. 

Malsch is likely hiding out in Seattle, the south Snohomish County in the Lynnwood area or Arlington. He has a felony warrant for his arrest for vehicular homicide, felony hit and run and reckless driving with a bail amount of $150,000.
