TACOMA – Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 36 year old Raymond Serrano.
At 11:24 p.m. on Wednesday March 18, 2020, Serrano was shot by an unidentified suspect near E. 26th Street and D Street in the City of Tacoma.
Detectives are looking for information on a vehicle which was seen in the area where the shooting occurred and is believed to have been involved in the crime.
Investigators believe a dark colored sedan was occupied by multiple suspects and may have stayed in the area after the homicide.

Convicted child predator, Raymond Serrano, is wanted again — and now named to the U.S. Marshals led Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives list.
The task force and the Washington State Department of Corrections are hunting Serrano after an arrest warrant was issued for him in October. Serrano is wanted for Escape from Community Custody — breaking probation on a child molestation conviction that he’s being supervised for by the DOC in Pierce County.
The task force thinks he’s living homeless in the Tacoma area.
He’s a known gang member who goes by the street name ‘Lucky.’
He’s 35 years old, 5’9”, 160 pounds and has a ton of tattoos all over his body.

Tacoma Police arrested Raymond Serrano on Friday.
He was booked into the Pierce County Jail for Assault 4 DV, Malicious Mischief 3 DV and for his DOC warrant for violating community custody for Escape.
