Jacob Butts
KING COUNTY, Wash. — Jacob Clifford Butts, also known as ‘Jake Butts’ and Jeremy Gary Evans is a Level III sex offender wanted for failure to register in King County.
Level 3 means he is highly likely to re-offend. Butts was convicted when he was 24-years-old for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at knife point that he met at a bus stop.
Court documents show he took her to a secluded area and told her to “do it right” or she would “end up in a ditch.”
He was caught after he stole her cell phone and used it to call his grandmother.
When questioned about the assault, he told detectives he was high on meth at the time.
Butts was released from prison in 2009. Since then, he has been convicted of illegal drug possession in 2012 and 2014 as well as having weapons. He is 37-years-old, 5’08” and 190 lbs.
He has a tattoo on his right wrist of Tribal art, and you can see the ink on his neck.
